Building a relationship that not only lasts but serves over time as a garden that nourishes us and our family takes some focused attention, commitment, willingness to self-reflect, and some skill.

In a very safe space, couples get clear on what their relationship needs are. We identify repeating patterns individually and as a couple and help you break the cycle. Together we identify what is getting in the way of the relationship and establish new pathways that support the relationship in it’s growth.

You will develop the skills necessary to communicate with ease, honesty, empathy and care.

You will learn relational skills to deepen intimacy and attunement

You will learn ways to manage conflict that feels respectful and promotes a win-win outcome.

You will establish a structure with the essential elements needed for a strong foundation that holds the relationship through stormy weather.

Within the process, you will discover each other in a new way, and feel empowered with new ways to relate in the good times and the challenging times. This process often leads couples to more intimacy and invites more connection and compassion for each other. As parents or future parents, you will feel confident that you are leaving a legacy of love for your children.

My approach is warm, compassionate, intuitive, skilled, and trauma-informed. Using a Developmental Model and a combined approach that considers attachment styles and includes the principles of psychology, non-violent communication and relational life skills, as well as therapeutic tools along with many years of working with couples and my own lived experience to help you create actionable steps toward a relationship where true depth of relating is possible.
